Armaní Washington is a 20-year-old multi-media mogul. She is currently a junior honors media, broadcasting, and journalism major, a psychology minor from Chicago, Illinois, at the illustrious Howard University in Washington, DC. She has established herself as an entertainment powerhouse because of her abilities and the work she has and will produce.

Armaní is a true jack of all trades. She has experience within the avenues of broadcast journalism, print Journalism, film production, theatre production, music production, photography, videography, acting, and creative direction. She describes herself as vibrant, versatile, and passionate, ensuring that all three are shown throughout every project she spearheads or comes in contact with.

Armaní has a passion for storytelling, making it a way for her to provide comfort, entertainment, and information in new and creative ways through multiple styles and forms for all audiences. She never wants to be stuck in a box, always finding ways to stand out and think creatively down to the small details.

Armaní has extensive experience within her multi-faceted field. She has worked as a stage manager for the play “She Kills Monster” in collaboration with the historic organization Howard Players, a reporter for several outlets including Spotlight TV Network, a film festival production hand for the Midnite Ramble short film showcase, a social media liaison for multiple social accounts including the Yardtalk social platforms, a marketing relations hand for different companies including Southern California Public Radio(KPCC 89.3), and a digital media journalist for several outlets including Scriberr News.

Armaní is a natural-born stage presence on multiple stages as a host/MC. She has hosted film festivals, pageants, tailgates, showcases, shows, and even the Howard University 2022 Yardfest. Always not too far from a mic, you can catch her in the heart of any event.

She may be a multi-branched entertainer, but she started her career on the foundation of journalism. She is skilled in writing and reporting on entertainment, business, politics, breaking news, and healthcare topics. There is no story out there she can not write or follow.

She loves social media, making her social engagement and marketing tactics stellar. She has worked on campaigns through Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook platforms.

Armaní does not believe in dreaming too big; Her grandfather always told her that she should reach past the stars, and she wants to build a foundation for future creatives to dream the same way and be given the tools to carry out their dreams. With the brand name “ANW,” she will create her own production company, TV Network, and sub-businesses to cater to fellow creatives of all ages.

She wants to leave an everlasting experience within those who come in contact with her work and will do everything she can to ensure that it is executed every time, whether through print or even on stage.
